솔로플(Solople, 이하 "회사")은 안드로이드 앱 "눈뜸이"(이하 "앱")를 제공하면서 이용자의 개인정보를 어떻게 다루는지 이 문서에서 설명합니다.

한 줄 요약: 눈뜸이는 카메라 영상을 저장하거나 어디로도 보내지 않으며, 인터넷에 연결하지 않습니다. 앱이 만드는 모든 데이터는 이용자의 휴대폰 안에만 있습니다.

1. 앱이 하는 일

눈뜸이는 휴대폰 앞 카메라로 운전자의 눈을 지켜보다가 눈이 몇 초 동안 감겨 있으면 소리, 진동, 음성으로 알려 주는 앱입니다. 얼굴 인식과 눈 감김 판단은 모두 휴대폰 안에서 이루어집니다.

2. 카메라 영상

카메라 영상은 눈 감김을 판단하는 순간에만 메모리에서 사용되고 바로 버려집니다.
영상이나 사진을 휴대폰 저장소에 저장하지 않습니다.
영상이나 사진을 회사나 제3자에게 전송하지 않습니다.
앱은 인터넷 접근 권한을 선언하지 않으므로 기술적으로도 전송할 수 없습니다.

3. 휴대폰 안에 저장되는 정보

앱은 다음 정보를 이용자의 휴대폰에만 저장합니다. 회사는 이 정보를 받지 않으며 볼 수도 없습니다.

설정값: 알림 빠르기, 허용 얼굴 각도, 첫 실행 안내 완료 여부.
감지 기록: 주행 세션마다 숫자만 담긴 파일이 하나 만들어집니다. 시간, 눈 열림 정도(0~1 사이 숫자), 얼굴 각도, 알림 발생 여부가 들어갑니다. 이미지, 이름, 위치, 기기 식별자는 들어가지 않습니다. 이 파일은 알림이 잘못 울렸는지 이용자가 확인하는 용도이며, 앱은 최근 기록 일부만 남기고 오래된 파일을 자동으로 지웁니다.

이 정보는 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다.

4. 수집하지 않는 정보

앱은 계정을 만들지 않으며 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 위치, 연락처, 기기 식별자, 광고 식별자를 수집하지 않습니다. 분석 도구, 광고 SDK, 오류 보고 도구를 사용하지 않습니다.

5. 앱이 요청하는 권한

카메라: 눈 감김을 판단하기 위해 앞 카메라 영상을 실시간으로 봅니다.
알림: 감지가 켜져 있는 동안 상태 알림을 표시합니다.
진동: 눈이 감겼을 때 진동으로 알립니다.
배터리 최적화 제외 요청: 운전 중 휴대폰이 배터리 절약을 이유로 앱을 멈추지 않도록 합니다. 이용자가 거부해도 앱은 동작합니다.
포그라운드 서비스(카메라): 내비게이션 앱을 앞에 두고도 감지가 계속되도록 합니다.

6. 제3자 소프트웨어

얼굴 인식에는 Google ML Kit의 기기 내(on-device) 얼굴 인식 모델을 사용합니다. 이 모델은 휴대폰 안에서 동작하며, 앱이 인터넷 권한을 제거했으므로 ML Kit도 어떤 데이터도 외부로 보내지 못합니다. 음성 알림은 휴대폰에 설치된 TTS(텍스트 음성 변환) 엔진을 사용합니다.

7. 아동의 개인정보

앱은 운전자를 대상으로 하며 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다.

8. 이용자의 권리

앱이 만드는 데이터는 모두 이용자의 휴대폰에만 있으므로 이용자가 직접 관리합니다. 감지 기록은 휴대폰의 파일 앱에서 Android/data/com.solople.eyemonitor/files/sessions 폴더를 열어 지울 수 있고, 앱을 삭제하면 모두 사라집니다. 회사는 이용자의 데이터를 보관하지 않으므로 회사에 열람이나 삭제를 요청할 데이터가 없습니다.

9. 방침 변경

이 방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지의 시행일을 갱신합니다. 카메라 영상 처리 방식이 달라지는 등 중요한 변경이 있으면 앱 업데이트 안내에 함께 적습니다.

Nunddeumi Privacy Policy (English)

Nunddeumi ("the App") is an Android app by Solople that watches the driver's eyes with the front camera and alerts with sound, vibration, and voice when the eyes stay closed for a few seconds.

The App never stores or transmits camera images, and it does not connect to the internet. Everything it produces stays on your phone.

Camera frames are used in memory only to judge whether the eyes are closed, then discarded. Nothing is written to storage or sent anywhere. The App does not declare the internet permission.
Data kept on your phone only: your settings (alert speed, allowed face angle, onboarding done) and a per-drive log of numbers (timestamps, eye-open probabilities between 0 and 1, face angle, alert events). The log contains no images, names, location, or device identifiers. The App keeps only recent logs and deletes older ones automatically. All of this is deleted when you uninstall the App.
Not collected: no account, name, email, phone number, location, contacts, device or advertising identifiers. No analytics, ads, or crash-reporting SDKs.
Permissions: camera (eye detection), notifications (status while running), vibration (alerts), a request to be exempt from battery optimization so the phone does not stop the App mid-drive, and a camera foreground service so detection continues behind a navigation app.
Third-party software: Google ML Kit on-device face detection, which runs entirely on the phone, and the phone's installed text-to-speech engine for voice alerts.
Children: the App is for drivers and is not directed at children under 14.
Your data: since Solople holds none of it, you manage it on your phone. Drive logs live in Android/data/com.solople.eyemonitor/files/sessions and can be deleted there or by uninstalling.
